[justify] Dorothy Gale è tornata a casa dal fantastico mondo di Oz e non si è ancora ripresa. I genitori, preoccupati, la portano dal dottor Worley che le pratica un elettroshock. Il risultato è che la clinica va a fuoco e Dorothy si ritrova di nuovo nel mondo di Oz, ma questa volta tutto è cambiato. Non è esattamente un film per bambini o se lo è, è piuttosto pauroso. Senza i numeri musicali non sembra neppure lontano parente del vecchio film di Victor Fleming del 1939. Qui le cose migliori, infatti, sono i cattivi.

Dorothy Gale has returned home from the wonderful world of Oz and has not yet recovered. Parents, worried, take her to Dr. Worley that the practice electroshock. The result is that the clinic is on fire and Dorothy finds herself back in the land of Oz, but this time everything has changed. It's not exactly a film for children or if it is, is pretty scary. Without the musical numbers do not even seem distant relative of the old film by Victor Fleming in 1939. Things better here, in fact, are the bad guys.[/justify]
