Un aereo atterra al John F. Kennedy International Airport con le luci spente e le porte sigillate. L'epidemiologo Ephraim Goodweather e il suo team vengono chiamati ad investigare. A plane lands at John F. Kennedy International Airport with the lights off and the doors sealed. Epidemiologist Ephraim Goodweather and his team are called in to investigate. On board are hundreds of deaths and only four survived. The situation worsens when the bodies begin to disappear from mortuaries. Goodweather and a small group of volunteers, she finds herself fighting to protect not only their loved ones, but the whole city, from an ancient evil that threatens humanity.
