Il Dottor Paul Holliston (Rock Hudson) è un genetista di successo e riesce a creare nel suo laboratorio un ormone che accelera la crescita dei feti tenuti in vita artificialmente fuori dall'utero materno. Avendo avuto successo con gli animali decide di proseguire la sperimentazione sull'uomo e prelevando l'embrione fecondato da una giovane suicida riesce a far nascere una bambina. La bambina, a causa dell'ormone, cresce in modo accelerato e nel giro di poche settimane diventa adulta e si trasforma in una donna bellissima e intelligente ma con un lato oscuro...
(Recensione: FANTAFILM) Rock Hudson nel ruolo del dottor Holliston e la splendida Barbara Carrera in quello di Victoria sono coinvolti in un film di fanta-medicina che si avvale di scenografie avveniristiche (laboratori super-computerizzati) e rimandi documentaristici alle medicina sperimentale.
Geneticist Dr. Paul Holliston (Rock Hudson) lives alone in his rambling clinic/home after his wife has passed away from a car crash in which he was the driver. Feeling constant pangs of guilt from his assistant, his sister-in-law Martha (Diane Ladd) Holliston finally begins his medical work due to his car accidentally hitting a dog one dark and stormy night. In the process of attempting to save the dog's life he manages to save one her unborn puppies by utilizing a new serum which speeds up the growth, and intelligence of the animal, but develops a savage side to the personality. When Holliston manages to see what his discovery can offer the world, he applies the same thing to an un-born human and develops a beautiful female Victoria (Barbara Carrera) who launches full grown from the incubator in two weeks. Victoria is highly intelligent but shows a dark side...
