Il mostro "alla clorofilla" è ancora vivo: uccide l'equipaggio di una nave e raggiunge un'isola. Il Dr. Foster, sopravvissuto all'attacco, organizza una spedizione per stanare il mostro, al suo fianco c'è anche la giovane e intraprendente giornalista Myra. Il gruppo si avventura nell'inospitale giungla dell'isola dove, al riparo da occhi indiscreti , uno scienziato pazzo conduce strani esperimenti...
Seguito del film Mad Doctor of Blood Island, conosciuto anche con i titoli: Horror of Blood Island, Return to Horrors of Blood Island, Beast of the Dead, Blood Devils.
Beast of Blood is actually a direct follow-up to The Mad Doctor of Blood Island, an American-Filipino co-production from low budget independent company Hemisphere Pictures. Aspects of the first film are alluded to in this sequel without much explanation. This isn't really a problem, though, as the plot's pretty basic.
On a remote tropical island a mad doctor conducts nightmarish experiments on humans, resulting in a goofy monster with slimy green skin. The good guys mount a jungle commando mission to end the villain's reign of terror.
