A number of young women are brutally murdered in an apartment building by a masked assailant carrying a toolbox bursting
at the seams with tools of death. Hammer, nailgun, power drill, you name it this dude knows how to use it. He probably couldn\'t
manage to screw in a lightbulb unassisted but damn can he ever slice and dice with those things.
A young woman in the building goes missing and her body, unlike many other women in the building, doesn\'t turn up (dead or otherwise).
Instead she has been taken captive by the lunatic who, in his twisted delusional reality-challenged rotting brain, substitutes her for
his deceased daughter who kicked it years earlier in an auto accident.
