Trama:
La serie segue le vicende del tenente Colombo, apparentemente distratto con il suo impermeabile sgualcito.
Ha invece notevoli qualità intuitive grazie alla quali riesce in breve tempo a scoprire l'assassino.
Peter Falk nella sua interpretazione ne fa una delle figure leggendarie di tutti i tempi.

Commento:
Le puntate che seguono sono tratte da dei rarissimi e quanto mai sconosciuti bluray australiani,
che unici (al contrario di quelli giapponesi attualmente reperibili) sono stati creati scansionando
i negativi in progressivo (mentre i giapponesi sono in interlacciato), restituendo un'immagine
eccezionale, stabile, pulita, con colori fedeli. Una vera gioia per gli occhi.
Attualmente, sono state distribuite solo le prime 3 stagioni (la 0, la prima e la seconda) di questa
serie in bluray, pertanto eventualmente la release si fermerà alla fine della terza, se non verrano
emessi altri bluray dalla casa di produzione.
