Nel 1976 si apre a Torino il processo al nucleo storico delle Brigate Rosse. Un processo controverso, una sfida per la giustizia italiana che per la prima volta, si trova ad affrontare imputati che rifiutano la difesa. Fulvio Croce, Presidente dell'ordine degli Avvocati di Torino, nonostante le minacce di morte, accetta l'incarico alla difesa e viene assassinato il 28 aprile 1977. Questo film-documentario, attraverso interviste inedite ai protagonisti di quegli eventi, filmati storici e documenti dell'epoca, ricostruisce una pagina importante della nostra storia e rende omaggio al grande senso civico e al coraggio profrssionale dell'avvocato Croce.
In 1976 the process was opened in Turin to the historic core of the Red Brigades. A controversial process, a challenge for the Italian justice that for the first time, faces defendants refusing defense. Fulvio Croce, president of the Turin lawyer, despite death threats, assumes defense and is assassinated on April 28, 1977. This documentary film, through unpublished interviews with the protagonists of those events, historical footage and documents Of that time, reconstructs an important page of our history and pays tribute to the great civic sense and to the professional courage of the Cross Counselor.
